Our clean-up services can include window and gutter cleaning, power washing, tree and hedge trimming, weeding, soil amendments, leaf and debris clean-up, and general handyman work.

For our spring clean-up services, we follow the same billing structure as our other services. However, spring clean-ups are typically completed in one visit.

We offer a variety of options for fall clean-ups to suit your specific needs:

 

1. Weekly Leaf Clean-up and Lawn Maintenance: Starting from $128 per service, we provide regular leaf clean-up and lawn maintenance to keep your property looking pristine throughout the fall season.

 

2. Three Visits Package: This package includes three visits from our team. The first visit focuses on trimming hedges, weeding gardens, and edging. The second visit involves cutting back perennials and performing a leaf clean-up. The final visit is dedicated to completing the remaining leaf clean-up. Pricing for this package can be customized based on your specific requirements.

 

3. Full Clean-up: For a comprehensive fall clean-up close to the end of the season, we offer a one-time service to address all your fall maintenance needs. Pricing for this service can be discussed during the consultation.

 

Disposal of yard waste is optional and can be arranged at an additional cost of $300 per load, which covers approximately 2 cubic yards of yard waste per load.

 

Please note that our spring and fall clean-up services have a minimum service fee of $128, which covers the first 1.5 hours of service. Any additional hours of work will be charged at a rate of $64 per hour.

 

For example, if a crew of two technicians works from 8 am to 12 pm, the total cost would be $544 (8 hours total, the first 1.5 hours = $128, 6.5 hours x $64 = $416).
